All costs for hygiene checks, disinfection, spare parts, and troubleshooting are included in this full-service package. Furthermore, technical innovations and updates are automatically installed, ensuring that these humidification systems continuously evolve and never become obsolete.
Maximum Safety and Hygiene
The full-service rental guarantees that all modules of the water treatment system required for humidification are automatically replaced every six months and returned to Condair for professional maintenance. This eliminates the need for users to take care of hygiene measures themselves and ensures that, for example, maximum germ counts are always maintained. Compliance with all relevant occupational safety and hygiene regulations is ensured and documented through the regular replacement and professional maintenance of the small containers.

Full Service in the Rental Package
Every six months, each water treatment and high-pressure pulsation system is replaced: At Condair, every unit is completely disassembled. All individual parts are inspected and cleaned. Wear parts are replaced. Special flushing processes clean and disinfect the systems. On specialized test benches, specially trained technicians precisely adjust the systems to the individual performance profile. In the laboratory, water samples are tested for total bacterial count.
After all work is completed, the maintenance is documented, and the systems are securely packaged for transport and shipped to the customer. With just a few simple steps, the used system is exchanged for a fully serviced container. Quick-connect couplings easily and quickly reconnect the containers to the pipe system.
